Calvin Parkin

Calvin Parkin is a PhD graduate and DoE fellow studying nuclear engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He worked with Dr. Couet on a new project developing radiation resistant high entropy alloys for fast reactor cladding applications. High entropy alloys are a relatively new class of alloys that consist of four or more elements present in equimolar concentrations rather than one primary constituent. Calvin received his BSE from UW-Madison in Spring 2017, and his PhD from UW-Madison in Summer 2022. He currently is working at Sandia National Laboratory.
