Yalong He

Hi, I am Yalong He, a graduate student advised by Prof. Adrien Couet at UW-Madison. After high school, I entered the China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in 2011 and spent two years there studying Civil Engineering. Then I transferred to the Pennsylvania State University in 2013 studying Materials Science and Engineering. I completed my program in May, 2016 with senior thesis on the corrosion effects induced by hydrogen sulfide on iron. My Master’s program started on September, 2016 with a focus on the UV effects on Zircaloy-4 (mainly in PWR) in autoclave environment.
