Nick is a PhD student in the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Nuclear Engineering program. In his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, he investigated the role of background material motion on the neutron flux in fission reactors. His current research under Prof. Adrien Couet focuses on the study and characterization of beryllium and high entropy alloys under high energy irradiation conditions.
