Zach is a PhD student in Nuclear Engineering. His work focuses on radiation damage of metals for use in fusion reactor applications.
Zach received his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he was involved in light water and molten salt reactor corrosion research. In his free time, Zach enjoys getting outside – especially cycling and sailing, cooking, and spending time with friends.
